Service Description
Introductory turkey hunting courses will be held in Fenton, Michigan in May 2025. Each class will have a maximum of four students who will work with two of our top instructors from Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. All meals and snacks will be provided as well as rustic wall tent camping. All hunting and camping equipment will also be provided. WHAT WILL BE COVERED DURING THE COURSE - Training with crossbows and shotguns - 3 hunting outings for Michigan wild turkeys - How to determine the sex of a wild turkey - Overview of Michigan turkey licenses and seasons - How to identify and apply wild turkey sign - Overview of different styles of turkey hunting - How and when to use turkey decoys - How to call wild turkeys - Shot placement on a turkey for different types of weapon - How to find a place to hunt turkeys on your own - How to clean a wild turkey - How to prepare turkey meat for freezing and cooking

Services canceled 30 or more days before the start of a session will receive a full refund of the deposit amount. Cancellations made within 30 days of the start of a session will forfeit the deposit amount unless another session is scheduled at that time.
